For many, back pain is so overwhelming and severe that they stop running altogether. Although this may be the right move, it doesn’t make the physical and emotional challenges of throwing in the towel any easier.

I’ve worked at a chiropractic clinic for the past two years, and have quickly realized that basic back health principles don’t get taught to the general public.
