Fajita Shrimp Sheet Pan

I am ALL about easy quick meals especially with school starting back up for the little monster and work being crazy as always. My fave type of meal is Tex Mex and one day I was rummaging through my freezer and fridge and I didn’t have much left to go off. But what I did have was a whole new bag of frozen shrimp. So grateful I keep shrimp around because not only is it quick to defrost but quick to cook too. Give it a try and add condiments, toppings or switch up your protein for a new easy spin on a sheet pan meal!

Grocery list:
1 and 1/2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 and 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 and 1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 and1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 garlic cloves minced
Cooking spray
