How do I deal with my Depression?

Depression is very common among people nowadays. Depression is a severe medical disease and it gives a awful impact in your health. Some people died because of depression and a few have become psycho due to depression. Depression is the worst which makes you left alone in the world.

Some people become depressed due to a financial crisis.

Some People become depressed due to a breakup.

Some People become depressed due to Broken Families.

Some People become depressed due to drugs.

Some people become depressed due to relatives.

Some people become depressed due to relationships.

Some People become depressed due to their spoiled Kids.

Some People become depressed due to not having kids.

I deal with depression many times in my life. My name is Rebecca Younis and 28 years old. In my 28 years, I deal with my depression many times. The first time I dealt with my depression at my paternal home at that time I was almost 12 years old. My paternal always insult us and never love us which takes me into depression however my mother give me unconditional love which helps me to get rid of this very quickly. Then, at the age of 18 when I fail in my exam however my mom motivates me and I work hard to get excellent grades. At the age of 26, the most severe depression I suffer from was when it was so hard for me to convince my parents of my marriage.

My parents were not agreeing with my marriage choice and they stopped talking to me which take me into a serious depression. This depression goes on for 1 year. My siblings stop talking to me and I feel alone every time. It was a very hard time for me. Every day I thought to kill myself however never get the braveness to do this. I pray hard for myself and my family. Then I started taking sleeping medicine however I always try to find a way to get rid of all this. I started reading Bible and requesting God’s will in my existence and then God pay attention to me. Then after 1 year , my parents began out speaking to me and allowing me to get marry someone I want to. At that, time only Bible and Prayer were the one who helped me a lot and after that, I see a dramatic change in my life.

Bad Food (Fast Food etc.)

Hormonal Imbalance.

Periods.

Postpartum depression among ladies after pregnancy.

Genetically.

Environmentally and Socially.

Pray for yourself which is very important to have a connection with Lord Jesus Christ.

Do Exercise.

Go for walk.

Read Books.

Watch motivational Programs.

Busy yourself in doing Job somewhere.

Eat wholesome and suitable food.

Consult your Doctor.

Try to seek advice from any psychiatrist who can help you with your depression. I have seen and heard many stories in my life in which people do suicide because of depression. Doctors help you with your mental problem and clear up your problem easily. But there are many side effects of medicines such as weight loss, nausea, constipation, and low blood sugar. The most effective and easiest way to get rid of depression is to eat good and wholesome food.

Focus on your diet people who eat fruits and green vegetables can get rid of depression easily. Simply consume olive oil, Fish, Fruits, and green vegetables. Start doing the walk and workout it helps you to think effective and assist you to get rid of depression. Keep busy yourself by analyzing books and watching motivational programs which give you the braveness to live. Men and women both get suffering from depression. However only 9% of men get affected by depression and mostly women get affected by depression very much because of many reasons for example: Postpartum depression and premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

I suffer from depression many times however never lose hope because I believe in myself and I realize that worldly matters aren’t forever. Now I read Bible every day with my husband. Ups and downs are part of existence however try to be strong. Yes of course! Depression makes you useless however try to engage yourself in different activities and make yourself productive. Think less and trust more in God.
