An unforgettable Lesson form ineradicable journey

Positive Thinking is the most important lesson I have learned from AMAL fellowship. After completion of fellowship yet my job is not changed. I am working on the same position performing same JD’s, having same friends, but my perspective to see the world is entirely changed.

Positive thinking developed in me doing things in a better way. Now can perform as a better individual and a good team player as well, I this skill encourages us not being judgmental but putting us in others shoes and create the sense of empathy. Positive thinking enhances in us taking others constructive feed back as a gift and we can improve us and rectify our mistakes and overcome our weakness. It’s a great trait which can enhances others trust in us so they can share their problems and anxieties with us so we can help them and become good problem solver. This helps us a lot in taking initiatives without being afraid of extreme results and helps a lot in enhancing social networks.

I will keep on applying this lesson beyond AMAL fellowship because it’s a magical tool which can benefit me in practical life. Where we have to do decision making and decision taking every day we use to meet with loads of people without being judgmental, we have to build up relation with them. We have to meet with multiple situations where only with positive thinking we can handle the situation without being biased and remain rational, getting prepared for taking failures as opportunities and leanings as course and blaming the fate.
