Happiness

It took me years to discover my happiness and the feeling of pleasure in my life.

I used to think my happiness depended on my parents or my happiness were my parents. I was that cry mama girl (i can not talk about daddy because our time together was very limited). Till they left me alone in this world.

I lived a life of sorrow. Wonder child was my best name for that time because i always wondered how the world was going to treat me. I used to wonder how i was going to make it all alone without a closest family.

It took me 8 good years to discover that “my happiness is actually my responsibility.” My happiness depends on me and my happiness is in my mind because happiness depends on the type of thoughts and mindset.

The day i accepted that i am alone, the day i accepted that they left me, the day i accepted that i can live without mama, without papa….but just me. Is the day I learnt, installing a positive mindset is the only way to be happy and to lead a cheerful life without wondering. In-fact it is the day i took off the sorrowful face and wore a better face.

I started being content of who i am and what i have. Of-cause an orphan with no-one, nothing just that. I then started to know how happiness feels. i actually started to know how it feels smiling without faking.

I am happy and content with who i am and i am attracting more happiness into my life. Happiness is a choice.
